The CFO Programme supports Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda, which aims to double the city’s economic output by 2033. Training modules focus on corporate governance, global finance, leadership communication, and innovation in fiscal management. Graduates are expected to strengthen the emirate’s long-term financial sustainability and strategic planning capabilities.
DGHR continues to position Dubai as a model for knowledge-based government. By developing financial expertise within public entities, the programme helps ensure transparent, data-driven, and performance-oriented governance across departments.
H.E. Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of DGHR, noted that this initiative reinforces Dubai’s commitment to cultivating Emirati talent capable of leading the future economy. The CFO Programme reflects the city’s focus on innovation, efficiency, and world-class public service standards.
The five-month course is structured around intensive executive education and practical case studies delivered by ESCP Business School. Participants also receive mentorship from senior leaders within the financial and public sectors.
